Position Title: Program Assistant & Sales Coordinator
Location: Queensland, Australia
Job Summary: As our Program Assistant & Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of Women Building Wealth, contributing to the smooth operation of our courses and mentorship programs. This unique role offers a blend of responsibilities, combining administrative support with a focus on sales coordination. Work remotely, be present in the office, and engage on-site during events as you play a pivotal role in our program's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Drive sales efforts for Women Building Wealth programs.
- Registering new clients into our courses and events
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Devise and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate virtual and in-person sessions for mentoring, events or course, ensuring program-related documents and materials are readily available for clients.
- Maintain an organised work spaces, including remote and on-site locations.
- Oversee supplies, equipment, and ensure office efficiency.
Client Interaction:
- Act as a liaison between the team and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Confidentiality manage client inquiries, requests, and help solve clients course or event related questions.
Marketing Support:
- Organise marketing and resources for program components and track key dates for our clients.
- Develop organise and execute successful promotions and events.
- Prepare marketing materials for program promotion.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy.
Networking and Collaborations:
- Build and maintain a list of professional resources for client referrals.
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant professionals for potential collaborations.
Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
VIP Client Database and Events:
- Create and maintain a VIP client database tailored to our programs, gathering information from existing clients.
- Monthly database updates.
- Coordinate and organize exclusive annual VIP events.
Location and Pay:
- South East Queensland.
- Casual wage during the 3-month probation period.
- Further discussions for permanent part-time or full-time opportunities.
- 20 hours per week to grow into a full time position
- Pay - Award plus bonuses.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Must have a proven sales history
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive approach to change, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Positive, trustworthy, loyal, honest, reliable, and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, Canva, Event Brite, and other relevant tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently.
